I strongly support a balanced diet combining all food groups paired with regular exercise. I am a proponent of focusing on real, unprocessed foods most of all (and other foods in moderation of course) and their ability to support health. I also strongly believe that Exercise IS Medicine and often joke that if we could bundle up all the benefits of exercise into a pill we’d all be the healthiest that we’ve ever been!
